Deep cleaning ( second task)

Image
Today marked our  second day of cleaning the Wasp helicopter , and this time it was all about  deep cleaning . Since the  event date is getting closer , we wanted to make sure the helicopter looks its best for display. We worked more thoroughly today, focusing on the  smaller and harder-to-reach areas  that we couldn’t finish during the first session. It took a lot of effort and teamwork, but the results were worth it. The helicopter looked much cleaner and shinier after all our hard work! Even though we were tired, it was satisfying to see the progress. Everyone felt proud seeing how much better the aircraft looked compared to yesterday. We’re excited to see the final outcome once everything is completely done!

Last minutes cleaning ( first task )

Today we had our  first cleaning session for the Wasp helicopter . It was a bit of a  last-minute task  because there was an upcoming event, so we had to get it done quickly. Even though we only managed to  wipe off the dust , the process was surprisingly  tiring but exciting . We got the chance to  explore the helicopter closely  and see its detailed parts up close, which made the experience even more interesting. Everyone felt proud to be involved in preparing the aircraft for display. We’re all  excited and can’t wait to move on to the next part  of the cleaning and restoration process! p/s: I will add the link to our video later

First meeting with Sir Zihad

Today was our first official meeting with  Sir Zihad  for the  Aerospace Discovery Centre project . The session began with a short briefing about our upcoming tasks and objectives. Sir Zihad explained the project’s purpose, which focuses on maintaining and restoring aerospace exhibits, especially the  Wasp helicopter . During the briefing, he discussed the  step-by-step process of cleaning the Wasp helicopter , emphasizing the importance of safety, teamwork, and attention to detail. We learned about the correct cleaning materials, how to handle fragile parts, and the sequence of work — starting from surface dust removal to detailed cleaning of mechanical sections. It was a very informative session that gave us a clearer understanding of our responsibilities. Everyone was  excited and motivated  to begin working hands-on with the aircraft. Overall, it was a productive first meeting that set a positive tone for our journey in the Aerospace Discover...
